Staying at this hotel was a breeze! the location is super convenient - it's just a quick drive from Mini Ooty and Cheruppadi Mala. the room was not only spacious but also so clean and quiet, making it a great spot for relaxation. the staff here really go above and beyond - they were so friendly and helpful, especially Mr Enas who was an absolute star! He made sure everything was perfect during my stay and even helped out with quick responses to any requests. Plus, the new AC in the room was a real treat in the hot weather. If you need anything, the staff are right there to help out, whether it's for room service, laundry, or even arranging tours. And let's not forget about the free tea and water kettle in the room - a lovely touch for a cozy stay!
One thing to note is that the rooms are all within the same building, so if you prefer independent accommodations, this might not be the right fit for you. it would be nice to have a restaurant on-site for convenience, but not to worry - the staff are more than happy to help out with ordering from nearby places.

Close to Airport with Exceptional Staff Support
I had a wonderful two-day stay at this hotel, mainly due to the exceptional staff support. the manager and the staff were friendly, trustworthy, and very helpful in arranging transportation and food orders. the location near the airport was convenient, and the spacious rooms were clean and well-priced. the lack of in-room amenities like tea/coffee supplies could be improved for a more comfortable stay.
